A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.
After a subscription is canceled you will continue to have access to the members' section of StockRumors.com until the scheduled date of your next payment (unless you are canceling a free trial).
To cancel, either email us stating your desire to cancel your subscription and your user id or call us at (801)-602-9520 (and leave a message if necessary). We will cancel your subscription within 48 hours.
StockRumors.com is not responsible for emails that are not delivered.
To avoid being charged, you must send the email before you are charged. If you were charged after you sent us an email explaining your desire to cancel, we will refund your payment.
StockRumors.com does not offer refunds for any reason other than this.
